This time, she takes the stage with an exciting trio featuring pianist Chris Andrew, bassist Rubim de Toledo, and, for the first time, drummer Dave Laing. Blending beloved Brazilian music, jazz standards and original compositions, Fernanda continuously fuses jazz instrumentation with the warmth and rhythm of bossa nova. Known for her uniquely expressive voice, she is recognized for representing Brazilian music in Canada, and continues to push boundaries by weaving in subtle influences from the Canadian music scene.
