The Kitchen: How to Cook the Perfect Steak with Chef Fabrício Guerrero Darós

**Registration for Kitchen classes is limited to one class per month per attendee*** Join Chef Fabrício Guerrero Darós and learn how to cook a perfect steak every time. Fabrício teaches a technique that is easy to learn and can be used in all possible cuts. In this class, participants will be cooking a New York Striploin. Steaks will be served with our in-house made focaccia and a fresh green salad. NOTE: Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
